This booking form is for EXISTING FLASH DESIGNS ONLY. Flash availability is first come, first served in order of form submissions and minor adjustments are fine. I will reach out to you within a couple days (up to a week) and we can coordinate! All custom tattoos are closed until I return from maternity leave.
